Recent incidents
Elevated latency on Krus
A serving pool for Krus degraded under load during a peak period. We routed traffic to healthy pools and added capacity. Response times returned to normal within the hour.
Corus capacity management
Fair-use limits on Corus were applied too aggressively after a config change, blocking some legitimate research use. We corrected the configuration and published the change in the next transparency update.
Mobile sync issue
A small number of users saw delayed sync of conversations across devices. The issue was a backend queue backlog, and all conversations were reconciled.
