A grant cycle, start to finish
A program officer opens a new funder's guidelines the morning they're published, and has Ichnus pull out the eligibility rules, deadlines, and required attachments into a checklist before the rest of the team is online. That checklist becomes the proposal outline.
Two weeks later, the same organization uses it to summarize a 40-page evaluation report for a board that has ten minutes to review it, and to draft the thank-you letters that go out once the grant lands — the unglamorous work that otherwise eats a program officer's week away from the mission itself.
